Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or incorrect sizing you may return anything, except for FINAL SALE items that you purchased, within 30 days of receiving your package. All returns must be unworn with all tags attached.  

We process returns within 3 weeks or less of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.

If you received a damaged product please email us at returns@sandrajanelockies.com with a picture of your unworn, damaged product within 30 days of being delivered and we will replace it at no fee! 

International Returns (From Outside the US and Canada): Customer will be responsible for the return fees.

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

If you purchased from a third party vendor or a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store, according to their return/exchange policy. 

In the event a product is sold out, Sandra Jane has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order.  If the entire order is sold out, Sandra Jane has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
